Non-Verbal
Communication
As an extension of Mime, BiLi has developed one and two-day
seminars on Non-Verbal communication
Effective communication encompasses verbal and non-verbal aspects.
This seminar focuses on how to improve the components of non-verbal
communication, that is, gestures, movements and positions of
the body, the voice, how to establish visual contact with someone,
the breathing, the use of silence, consistency between verbal
and non-verbal communication...etc . Each student makes several
short speeches in order to practice the non-verbal techniques
of expression.
Non-verbal communication is an excellent tool to control a group
of people and to make a meeting more effective. Furthermore,
one can use it to cement a group of heterogeneous people and
as part of team building exercises.
